Dins del projecte del bus urb\u00e0 de Valls, en aquests moments s\u2019est\u00e0 treballant en el disseny i desenvolupament del sistema d\u2019obertura de portes del vehicle. Per comen\u00e7ar, s\u2019ha realitzat la modelitzaci\u00f3 de les portes mitjan\u00e7ant fusta DM3, creant una maqueta que permet visualitzar i provar el funcionament del mecanisme de manera f\u00edsica i entenedora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cada una de les portes s\u2019ha acoblat a un servomotor, que \u00e9s l\u2019encarregat de generar el moviment d\u2019obertura i tancament. En una primera fase, s\u2019ha utilitzat la placa Bitbloq, on s\u2019han connectat els servomotors, per comprovar el sentit de gir necessari. S\u2019ha determinat que una de les portes ha de fer un gir de 0 a 90 graus, mentre que l\u2019altra ha de fer el moviment invers, de 90 a 0 graus, per tal que el sistema funcioni correctament de manera sincronitzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un cop verificat aquest moviment, s\u2019ha enganxat definitivament l\u2019acoblament de la porta al servomotor, deixant les portes en posici\u00f3 de tancament. A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, s\u2019ha realitzat la programaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica que permet l\u2019obertura i el tancament de cadascuna de les portes de forma controlada i precisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
