Como los d\u00edas de trabajo que tenemos son limitados, se ha hecho mucho hincapi\u00e9 en la organizaci\u00f3n de grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ello, han establecido unos roles cooperativos que incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>coordinador<\/li><li>secretario<\/li><li>encargado de material<\/li><li>coordinador de convivencia<\/li><li>controlador de tiempos de entrega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gracias a estos roles, el trabajo empez\u00f3 a realizarse de forma mas ordenada y aprovechando mejor el tiempo. Y sobre todo, es destacable la labor del coordinador de convivencia, pues ha tenido que gestionar varios conflictos entre los compa\u00f1eros de grupo por falta de trabajo o implicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y por supuesto&#8230; no todo ha salido bien.
